The Usual


As you can see, with two posts in a row, that I love me this combo. Kale, brown rice, and tempeh(sauced). In this scenario I also included one of my favorite 'salsas'. The key ingredients to it are; Red onion, avocado, and orange. Secondary ingredients include cilantro. You could replace it with other fresh green herbs such as mint or parsley. I've also had it with chopped up tomato. It is amazing what onion and orange do together smoothed and softened with avocado.
